The first size exchange is free (within the US ONLY). We charge shipping fee plus 10% restocking fee for the second exchange and on (within US ONLY). Exchanges to other countries, we charge for a shipping fee only for the first exchange, for the second exchange and on we charge shipping fee plus 10% restocking fee. Custom or personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged.

RETURNS

There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns for refund. If the returned item for exchange was found to be used, laser engraved, scratched, damaged or, in any circumstances, not in its original condition, a 40% restocking fee will apply. Original shipping fees and shipping fees for exchanges are not refundable. Customized, custom sized and personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged.

All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail for free. Priority Mail option is available at check out. We also offer an upgrade option to FedEx Shipping. Please contact us for more information about FedEx shipping fees.

All silver rings can be custom sized. Just contact us and we can custom size it just for you. We can do quarter and half sizes. We can also make smaller or larger sizes other than what we currently offer in our listings. (Additional fee may apply to sizes 12 or larger). Wonderful ring, the wife loves it.

I like it very much

The item stated it would arrive on a particular date, however it was not placed into the mail until the date that it said it was going to arrive according to Etsy's website. The Item for its price is a good value, that being said, it is a standard molded band, and the detail leaves it somewhat wanting and not as nice as more expensive alternatives. The Sapphire stone is adequate and very nice. The size was correct as ordered. Customer service is not rated as I never contact the seller about anything in particular.

Very good quality and came quickly in a nice box. For a birthday present.
