EXCHANGES

The first size exchange is free (within the US ONLY). We charge shipping fee plus 10% restocking fee for the second exchange and on (within US ONLY). Exchanges to other countries, we charge for a shipping fee only for the first exchange, for the second exchange and on we charge shipping fee plus 10% restocking fee. Custom or personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged.

RETURNS

There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns for refund. If the returned item for exchange was found to be used, laser engraved, scratched, damaged or, in any circumstances, not in its original condition, a 40% restocking fee will apply. Original shipping fees and shipping fees for exchanges are not refundable. Customized, custom sized and personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged.

SHIPPING

All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail for free. Priority Mail option is available at check out. We also offer an upgrade option to FedEx Shipping. Please contact us for more information about FedEx shipping fees.

All silver rings can be custom sized. Just contact us and we can custom size it just for you. We can do quarter and half sizes. We can also make smaller or larger sizes other than what we currently offer in our listings. (Additional fee may apply to sizes 12 or larger). Please note: Custom sized and personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged.

It is quite cute. I knew the actual crescent moon would be small, so if anyone's worried, please make sure you look at the measurements. I wanted a small ring though so it's perfect for me.

Dainty, well crafted and beautiful! Love it!

As decribed. Arrived within estimated delivery timeframe. Small and dainty, just as I had wanted. The only thing that bugs me is that under the moon you can see the spot where the moon was joined/fused to the ring while you’re wearing it. I just wish it was a cleaner smoother finish but maybe that’s just me being nit picky. Over all, lovely product!

I unfortunately lost my first one that I previously ordered, but I purchased the second one and I love the quality of it. It has endured quite a bit of abuse in its short lifetime and still holds strong and unscathed.
